We are a community-rooted, science-driven initiative reimagining what it means to drink water – safely, sustainably, and with dignity. Rooted in Kenya’s Central Rift Valley, we are on a mission to end the silent suffering caused by high fluoride levels in drinking and cooking water. Using nature-based filtration with Moringa seed char and Maerua subcordata root powder, we empower households with safe, affordable water while advocating for water justice across Nakuru, Kajiado, Baringo, and beyond.

Maji Mazuri Afrika
At Maji Mazuri Afrika, we believe water should give life, not take it away. Our journey began with a simple but urgent question: Why must communities suffer from what should be a source of life. In Kenya’s Central Rift Valley, high fluoride levels have led to skeletal and dental fluorosis, causing pain, stigma, and the erosion of generations. We chose not to look away.
Pure Water
Millions of people around the world live under a lower scale of poverty. They do not get pure, safe and sound drinking water. So we are trying to serve them pure health water for their better future.
Healthy Food
In today's world we know that many people do not get their food daily. It is very difficult for us in today's world that people do not get their food. So we opened a project called "No people will die without eating"
Medical Facilities
People in Africa, Philistine, afghanistan, Livia and many other countries are not getting the proper medical treatment. So we have open a slogan and a project called “people will not suffer for medical treatment
Education
Education is the backbone of a nation. But many children do not get a chance to go to school due to their poverty. So we are raising funds for a project called education for everyone and every child will go to school.
